Learning & Resources

School Groups and Other Visitors

Schools and industry visitors are most welcome to visit Council's Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant and water harvesting scheme.

Tours can be arranged through Council on 1300 650 511 or (02) 6393 8000. A general tour of a facility takes approximately one hour and there is plenty to see. A risk assessment has been compiled for use by teachers and must be reviewed prior to visiting the site.

You can download the Water Treatment Plant Risk Assessment Form here.
